Our institute invited Dr. Bapi Goswami, Associate Professor of Geology, at the University of Calcutta, India to deliver a lecture on

 "Differentiation, emplacement, and exhumation of Shoshonitic rocks along a regional Grenvillian shear zone of the Chhotanagpur Gneissic Complex, Eastern Indian Shield" 

 on 5th of December 2022 at 2.00 PM at the conference center of our Institute of Rock Structure and Mechanics.

The lecture session will be followed by an interaction session.

Dr. Goswami is working on the Proterozoic Crustal evolution of the Eastern Indian Craton for about twenty years. This lecture is intended to exchange his knowledge with Czech geoscientists.
