Institute of Rock Structure and Mechanics AS CR (dr. Jan Klimeš) in cooperation with the Department of Physical Geography and Geoecology, Faculty of Science (doc. Vit Vilímek) and Research Institute of Water Management TG Masaryk (Miroslava Benesova, dr. Petr Bouška) addresses since 2011 a research project that relates to the Peruvian Cordillera Blanca.
