Basic Information
The library acquires new titles of magazines and books through purchases, donations and exchanges with Czech and foreign institutions. Library of IRSM is part of the CzechELib project (National Center for Electronic Information Resources) since January 1, 2017. This project ensures the central purchase and management of key electronic information resources for the research and educational sphere in the Czech Republic. Remote access to electronic information resources can also be used through the library.
Publications of Institute Researchers are recorded in the ASEP system. This database contains bibliographic records since 1993.

Free Wi-Fi for visitors
The "usmh-host" wifi network is available for library visitors, and the "eduroam" network is available for students and employees of universities and institutes of the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic.
